Wedding Guest Information To Book Bell Tents
Wedding’s at Drovers are a relaxed affair. For the couple the gathering of their tribe is as important as the nuptials itself. Here is all the information you need to help plan your trip, before you arrive.
Where are we?
The farm is a 16th century working organic farm. Nestled at the foothills of the Black Mountains on the border of Wales & Herefordshire, just outside the famous book-town of Hay on Wye.

Staying on-site
It’s always better to stay on-site. This way you can really let your hair down and fully enjoy the festivities the couple have planned for you.
The following accommodation has been blocked off for guests to book with your couple’s secret code so you too can enjoy fully the wedding festivities onsite. Input Secret Code (it is not case sensitive). Change to date of wedding so it opens up the dates for you

Pop Up Bell Tent Village
Our pop up bell tent village is located in another wild flower meadow with its own cool showers and toilets in converted shepherd huts. We have 10 of these.
They sleep 2-4 in one room. Proper beds, Proper mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen, and duck feather duvets and pillows are provided. You just need to bring your own towels. The tents have electricity so you can get glammed up for the wedding, and a communal kitchen with fridge and stove is available. The bell tents can be configured for just 2 people, so no there’s no need to share. Or you can co-ordinate and book to share with close friends or family.

Book Your Taxi Early
Make Sure to Book your Taxi to and from your accommodation at least a month before. More for a mini bud. As Uber has not hit rural areas yet and they are in limited supply. We are a green establishment and prefer guests staying off site to leave their car at their accommodation for safety reasons as well. Walk if you are close by or coming by horse or quad bike is fine by us
